Coping Skills During the Holidays/ Finals

Welcome back to the blog!
During this last stretch of the year, stress it at its peak. Projects and exams, difficulty in relationships, and preparing to go home to family are all relevant stressors right now. However, there are healthy ways to cope so your mental health remains intact.
We have compiled a list of some activities to help with coping and we hope you find them useful!
